Graves Mountain
Rock Swap and Dig
Open House
April 28-30th, 2006
Throughout the day Saturday, many nice crystals were found.
First big rutile to come from the pit.
You can always tell when something nice was found by the size of the group hovering around the rock.
Jr. checking out the latest find.
The proud owner, actually it was his wife that found the crystal.
Close up of the best find of the weekend.
10-12 pound quartz point found by Jr.
Above three pics, Greg and Charlie Padgett specimens.
It was a great weekend. Everyone there seemed to have an excellent time. Thanks again to Jr. Norman and family for providing such a great event for us rockhounds.
We can't wait for the fall Open House. See you there.
